Mission
To develop a long-term strategy that is designed to reduce the abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs and their related consequences by the implementation of science-based prevention and intervention strategies and treatment strategies.

The area to be served by the Council is the whole of Leslie County
The Council meets the third Monday of every month at 5:00p.m. at the Leslie County Extension Office.
